This free program is for adult learners who would like to upgrade their skills in a one-on-one setting.  Volunteer tutors assist the learners in upgrading their reading, writing, or math skills or preparing for tests including CAEC (GED), college admission tests, Canadian Forces admission tests, and workplace testing. Based on their goals, assessments, and availability, learners are matched with volunteers who receive support from the program's coordinator. Instruction is based on each adult's individual learning goals with progress measured at regular intervals.
